Gấu Đôi is a mother & baby retailer — diapers, formula, newborn sets, vitamins — with three stores and a warehouse. We are rebuilding how a traditional shop runs: customer care, store operations, reporting and marketing, handled by AI agents built on Claude and supervised by our team.

A multi-agent assistant that answers customers on our Facebook pages in Vietnamese, picks the right product and size from real inventory, and has a reviewer agent check every reply before it goes out.
Store operations app
Sales, inventory and transfers across three stores and one warehouse, built with Claude Code to replace an off-the-shelf POS and shaped around how our staff actually work.
Automated reporting
Category reports for diapers, formula, vitamins and weaning food, generated straight from our POS data as spreadsheets and infographics, instead of someone building them by hand.
Marketing automation
Landing pages, ad campaigns managed through MCP, order alerts to the team, and video editing pipelines that turn raw phone footage into ready-to-post vertical videos.
